Planning a wedding can take 200+ hours, and that can be difficult to squeeze into an already full and loving life. So let us take some of that stress off your plate to keep your planning process joyful.
Our styling service is all about finding your dream wedding landscape and threading this theme throughout your day. We adore working with design-led couples and love sitting down to discover what you’re picturing for your day. We will take your spark of an idea, turn it into a full-fledged vision, then do the legwork to make it happen. This means collaborating with your florist, sourcing hire items, finding the best tableware, and discovering the aspects that are going to elevate your wedding to the next level. Once we’ve created the perfect design, we’ll be there on the day to make it happen - meaning you really don’t have to worry about a thing.
On the Day coordination is almost exactly what it seems - we’re there on the day to make your celebration happen. But we’re not just on board on the day. You can get us either one or two months ahead of your wedding, taking the reins of all the logistical planning. Meaning you can focus on each other and your loved ones, while we worry about delivery timings and supplier organisation. An essential service for those having Dry-Hire and Marquee weddings; let us take care of things, so you can have the day of your dreams.

Full Planning

It’s time. You’ve said ‘Yes’, and you want to start planning the wedding day of your dreams. But we all know planning a wedding isn’t quick, or easy. With team Luna on your side, we can make all of your ideas come to life and create a wedding that celebrates every aspect of your love and commitment. And we’ll make sure you have a fun time doing it.
Whether you’re starting from scratch or already have certain aspects booked, we’re ready to jump on board and get everything set for the big day. We’re here when you need us, and most importantly, we’re your shoulder to lean on to make the process as easy as possible. We’re a wedding decision you won’t regret.
Our fee for this service will be quoted after our initial consultation, once we understand more about your ideas, requirements and the type of wedding you will be having. Investment begins at £5,500.
Planning Dip-Ins
Want to plan your wedding yourself, but feel you might need some expert advice along the way? Consider booking yourself a Dip In with team Luna - a one-hour session where you get to hash through your plans and make sure they all work, and two hours admin time afterwards where we can help you get details over the line, either with yourselves or your suppliers. A great way to get a dash of wedding expertise, without needing to book the full planning experience.
Investment for a Dip-In is £300 or alternatively £800 for three (3 sessions
booked together, scheduled when you need throughout your planning journey )


On The Day Coordination
The first time your guests see you, you should both look calm and gorgeous, not stressed and clammy. You should be able to have your bubbles in the morning without worrying whether the cake is in the fridge or if things will run on time. Which is why one of the smartest decisions you can make is booking us for your on-the-day coordination.
Not only will we be there on the day to make sure everything goes smoothly, but we will assist you in those final weeks to make sure your plans are up to scratch and ready to go. Making the run-up to your wedding feel a little less hectic and a little more smooth sailing.
We have three tiers of On The Day Coordination - Basic, Plus and Micro. Investment starts at £1,500 for Micro, £2,250 for Basic, and £3,000 for Plus. Set up a consultation to discover which service may be right for you, or read our brochure for more information.

Design and Style
Being creatives, we completely understand when couples are driven by how their wedding day is going to look. The aesthetic, the vibe, the details - these are as important to us as they are to you. So we’ve created a package for those who want to focus on the aesthetic details, but need a helping hand to bring the vision to life.
Our Design and Style package comes in two parts - The Vision and The Realisation. These services can be booked individually or together. With The Vision, you have our services to discover and create a plan of your wedding aesthetic - which includes mood boards, a visual plan of the day and suggestions of all the things you’ll need to source. The Realisation gives you our time on the day of your wedding to put these styling aspects in place.
